# Your Brain Is Capable of More

You work hard to keep your body performing. You exercise, eat well, stay active and find ways to keep doing the things you love.

But what about your brain?

LEARN MORE

## Your brain deserves the same attention you give your body

Maybe you have ADHD and know you’re capable of more, but focus, organization

or staying on task can feel harder than it should.

Maybe you’ve had a concussion and, although your body has recovered,

your brain still doesn’t feel quite like itself.

Or perhaps you’re an active, aging athlete. You’ve worked on getting your knees stronger and healthier

so you can keep skiing, hiking, biking or playing the sports you love

but now you’re noticing changes in memory, concentration or mental clarity.

This is where neurofeedback may help.

### What is neurofeedback?

Neurofeedback is a form of brain training that gives your brain real-time information about its own activity.

Small sensors monitor your brain activity while you relax and watch or listen to a computer-based program. As your brain responds, the feedback changes.

Your brain receives this information and learns from it.

Neurofeedback isn’t someone changing your brain. It’s giving your brain feedback so it can learn to change itself.

Think of it like training any other part of your body.

Repetition gives the brain an opportunity to practice and reinforce more efficient patterns.

## Train Your Brain:

## Support Focus, Clarity & Performance

Who is neurofeedback for?

Neurofeedback may be appropriate for people looking to support:

Focus & attention

For those with ADHD/ADD who want to improve focus, organization and self-regulation.

Brain recovery

For active people who continue to experience changes in concentration, memory or mental stamina following a concussion.

Anxiety & Depression

For those looking to support nervous system regulation, manage stress and build greater emotional resilience.

High performance

For those who want to support focus, mental clarity and the ability to stay engaged when performance matters.

Healthy aging

For aging athletes who want to be proactive about supporting memory, concentration and cognitive function while continuing to live an active life.

## Your body isn’t the only thing worth training.

## Your brain is, too.

### Hey There!

## I'm Dr Deirdre O'Neill, ND

My interest in neurofeedback is personal. I’ve experienced firsthand how it can help.

For me, it has supported better stress management and improved my sleep.

As a naturopathic doctor, I’m always looking for ways to help people feel and function better. Neurofeedback has become another tool I use to support the brain’s ability to adapt, learn and perform.

I’m excited to offer this approach to people who want to feel more focused, resilient and like themselves again.
