Appointments & Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you are unwell or unable to attend the clinic in person, your appointment may be moved to telemedicine, when appropriate.

Telemedicine

Telemedicine provides a convenient way to have follow-up appointments from the comfort of your home or office. It can be an easy way to stay on top of your treatment plan without needing to come into the clinic.

Telemedicine appointments can be scheduled online.

Supplement and Medication Refills

To reorder supplements, please email or call the clinic.

Supplement pickup is available through the front office Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm.

Medication refills require a follow-up appointment with Dr. O’Neill. Please ensure you schedule your appointments accordingly so that medication refills can be addressed as part of your ongoing care.

Rebooking

Appointments can be rebooked online or by contacting the clinic. If you need assistance finding an appropriate appointment time, our front office can help.
